The Importance of Eye Witnesses and False Confession in the Justice System

This 18 page paper proposes two separate studies, one into testing and formulating a way of ascertaining the reliability of witnesses using the amount of time a suspect was seen for and their proximity as a framework, and the second looking at the way of forming a framework to consider the likelihood of a confession being false when obtained from a person with a mild mental important.
